Steps to take:
  1. If you are interested in honoring your loved ones through the HOH Legacy Fund or Program, please feel free to call HOH Founder, Dr. Nilima Sabharwal at 650-520-3204.
  2. Dr. Nilima Sabharwal will share a presentation with you and introduce you to the various organizations that HOH is involved with and discuss how you could make a difference with your funding.
  3. Dr. Nilima Sabharwal will then introduce you to Simmi Bhargava, the lead of the HOH Legacy Fund and help work with you to put together the details such as:
    1. A writeup honoring the memory of your loved one, with pictures
    2. Discussing and finalizing the way in which you like the yearly funds used and at which facility
    3. Discuss what you would like included in the newsletter, plaques at the facility of choice
  4. This will culminate in a written agreement
  5. The donation will be tax deductible
  6. Each quarter you will be provided with updates on how your funding is being used and how/who it is helping
  7. At the end of the year you will be provided a report showing the balance and use of funds
  8. The Legacy Funding can be for a specified length of time.
