Dr. Nilima Sabharwal, Founder and Chairperson, Home of Hope Inc; will appear multiple times this coming weekend on NBC-11, being recognized for her work with disadvantaged youngsters in India. Nilima tirelessly raises money to support Home of Hope's social and educational efforts. She was featured in an NBC-11 technology special report, Bay to Bangalore, when a local reporting team went to visit and report on India's Silicon Valley. She was also featured on NBC's moving pictures.
That entre to local media won her a place in an NBC-11 promotional spot called "Bay Area Pround" that will be seen this weekend at various times (see below). The "spots" describe unique people in the Bay Area and their efforts to make a difference in the world. Congratulations Nilima.
