HOH SPECIAL CHILDREN, PINGALWARA PROJECT YR 2009
LOCATION : PINGALWARA, AMRITSER, MARCH 2009 . . A destitute deaf girl finds her feet……. After spending years in Mandirs and protection homes she finally arrives in Pingalwara. Her strong urge to communicate gave birth to a Deaf communication network. They talk and talk through SMS. They were miles behind…. But now they are catching up fast. Sign language is the first language for the deaf children but they had no way of learning it. Now they have all the resources; computers, LCD screens and the software....Thanks to HOH !
