The sport of Cricket has been gaining momentum in the United States. In the United States, there are now over 750 Cricket Clubs, more than 35 Leagues and CCUSA works with professional teams, and high schools across the country.
There are two types of Cricket Games - the First Class Cricket, and the One-Day Cricket.
First Class Cricket is the traditional form, played internationally in Test Matches. These games can be played over 5 days, with six hours of play each day, broken into three 2-hour sections, and traditionally take place out doors.

- T20 Nations include Ireland, Kenya, Fiji, Canada, The Netherlands, and the USA
Since 2000, CCUSA has independently sponsored T20 cricket in the USA. These faster paced games demand more from the athletes in terms of strength, agility and reaction time.
